This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Abbott Law PLLC (“ALP”) uses and protects information that you provide when you access the website (the “Site”). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to this policy.

ALP does not sell, share or otherwise transfer your Personal Information to third parties, except that, we do share such information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating the Site, conducting business, or servicing you.

  • Have ALP delete any data it has about you.

ALP has established appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information collected via the Site. However, ALP cannot enforce or control the security of devices and networks that you may use to submit information.
